- Unlimited Replacements: Replacements are free if the maid leaves due to fault on their part. If the client rejects without valid reason, replacements will be conditional.
- No Advance Payment: : Recruitment fees of one month’s salary plus 18% GST is charged upon maid selection. No refunds on cancellation.
- Replacement Period: Up to 6 months of replacements (maximum of 3) from the date of joining. No refund for service charge if contract is cancelled.
- Salary Payment: Clients must pay maids directly on a monthly basis. All payments must be cleared before a replacement is provided.
- Confidentiality: Candidate details are confidential. If shared with a third party, resulting in hiring, clients are liable for placement fees.
- Job Description: Maids must be assigned tasks as per the job description provided. Any additional work or salary reduction voids replacement eligibility.
- Replacement Eligibility: No replacement if the maid takes leave for personal reasons and plans to return within 10 days.
- Police Verification: Strongly recommended for all hired maids. from Idea house services is not responsible for any legal issues involving candidates.
- Client Responsibilities:The client must ensure fair treatment of the maid. Abuse or additional duties without agreement will void replacements.
- Payment Obligations:Payments must be made to from Idea house services and all disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
